These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Travel ED ("Travel ED", "we", "us"), operated at mytraveled.com, and any trips you book through us. By creating an account or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms.

Plain-language summary: You can reserve a trip and pay it off in fixed monthly installments. If your trip is not fully paid by its final due date, the money you have already paid is kept as travel credit toward a future trip. It is not refunded, but it is not lost either.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old to book a trip.

2. Booking and monthly installments

Each trip has a total price and a fixed monthly installment amount, both shown before you book. When you reserve a trip, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method the monthly installment amount each month until the trip is paid in full or the plan ends.

Your trip has a final due date, which is normally the departure date. The goal of the monthly plan is for your trip to be fully paid on or before that date.

3. Travel-credit policy (what happens if a trip is not paid in full)

If your trip is not fully paid by its final due date:

Travel credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is applied at the time you book a future trip. We will email you when a balance is converted into travel credit.

4. Payments and failed charges

Payments are processed by Stripe. If a monthly charge fails, our payment processor may retry it, and we may email you a reminder. Repeated failed payments may result in your plan ending under the travel-credit policy above.

5. Changes and cancellations

Because trips are curated and arranged individually, cancellation and change terms may vary by trip and will be communicated to you before booking. Third-party costs (such as flights, hotels, and tours) are subject to the terms of those providers.

6. Our role

Travel ED arranges and coordinates travel. We are not the operator of flights, accommodations, or activities and are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel ED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your travel.
